Autumn Pork Roast

Great moist recipe. Didn't have applesauce in house, so used Mac apple....didn't peel, just cored and cut into 8 pieces and threw it in....was excellent!

Perhaps is the cheeses and Bay seasoning had been blended together it might not have been so bad...but individually sprinkled on top was too much.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Loved this apple pie. Maybe I cooked the butter/sugar ingredients too long because it was very thick. Poured it on top of the lattice top anyway and was concerned that it wouldn't filter down enough...but it did and it left a nice sugar crunch to the top lattice crust.

Savory Crescent Chicken

When I look at a recipe and it has a 4+ rating, I figure it's gotta be pretty good. This one was not up to expectations! It was bland, even though I had added the extra onion and garlic powder....as well as the regular onion and some celery....Just nothing to write home about! Wouldn't bother to do it again.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

I was disappointed with this recipe. With the number of responses and a rating of 5 stars, I thought it would be terrific; but it was just ok. My husband & I love Salmon but this coating wasn't special...just another dijon type. I've tried others with nut coatings and less ingredients that I was much happier with.
