Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
This was excellent and very easy. I followed the suggestion of others by doubling the spices and adding nuts. We loved it the first night, can hardly wait to taste it the second day.

I use 2 teaspones of pumpkin pie spice and a little cinnamom and it comes out perfect. We have been making it for a few years, one of my husbands favorites.

The Balsamic vinegar is to strong. Need to add more olive oil when serving. Will not make this again.

Key Lime Pie VII

This is the best Key Lime Pie I have ever made. I live in Florida and have enjoyed this pie for many years. None of the other pies I have made even come close. Such a wonderful dessert.

German Potato Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
I grew up in a German household and these were a regular. We have always used unpeeled potatoes (more vitamins) and a blender (no shreeding necessary), just cube the potatoes. My husband still requests them after 45 years. Always use raw potatoes, spread thin and fry till crisp.
