Fluffy French Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2012
Great recipe. Very easy and tasty. One tip though, if your scaling it down by pieces of toast you are making, add one just so you have enough of the custard for your last piece of bread.

Very delicious! Didn't need to change the recipe at all. Just a hint, if you want to make turkey soup, check out the Left Over turkey soup recipe on this site with your carcass. Amazing flavor.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2006
Absolutely wonderful recipe. I didn't need to add any spices as I used the herbed turkey recpie from this site as my holiday turkey. I also added some cut up white potatoes which added to the heartyness. Definitely a keeper.

Brenda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
I tried this as my first attempt at Lasagna, and it was very easy to make, and my household gobbled it down. Was told it was even better the next day. I substituted spicy sausage taken out of it's casing for the beef, which added a little bite, but great flavor. Excellent recipe!

Great and easy recipe! I added a little bit of orange and almond extract, probably didn't need it, but the flavor of this dish is wonderful

Spicy Pumpkin Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2005
Used white chocolate chips. Would have been wonderful, if it would have ever set up. Tried to make it 3 separate times. Will try one more time before giving up on the recipe. Follow Up. 11/14/06. I used one stick of butter and half white/half butterscotch chips, and it set up perfectly. Great Recipe. I even got the compliment from someone who didn't want to swallow the fudge because it tasted so good. Will definitely make again!
