Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
My family loved this!! As with most others, I did cook the bacon slightly before wrapping around chicken. Added a few more spices that are to the liking of my family. My hubby usually doesn't care for anything in a "white sauce",, but really loved this one. This will now be a regular on our menu. Thanks

Taco Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2006
My entire family loved this. I mixed the sour cream in with the meat at the last minute prior to layering. (Hubby hates sour cream, didn't even know it was in there). Other than that, I followed the recipe. Great quick meal.

Chicken Casserole Mississippi

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2005
This was a nice "comfort food" recipe. The only changees I made was to add some fresh chopped garlic to the chicken as I was cooking and added a little shredded cheddar cheese while baking. Easy recipe

Cheese Rosti

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2005
I see that a lot of others complained about boiling, cooling and shredding potatoes. I used the Simply Shredded hash browns from the frigerator section. Worked perfect!! Before flipping, I cut into sections for easy flipping and serving.

Pork Roast with Thyme

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
This had such a wonderful flavor. I was afraid of the vinegar, but it was not overpowering at all. Mixed well with the seasonings. As read before, I needed to add a little water at the 2 hour mark as all the juice had evaporated. Very moist and tasty.

just made this this evening.....super recipe. my 10yr old who only eats fish sticks loved it. asked for seconds. I did flip the fish only once and then put the sauce on but my fillets were quite thin, so take this into consideration.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2005
this recipe is so ubelievably good mandy have said their chops were dry. when browning, cook at med/high heat to sear the juices in. should only be a couple of minutes per side. finish off in the oven as directed and they will be perfect everytime. i believe cooking time in the oven should also reflected in the thickness of the chops. mine were about 1/2" thick and came out perfect. the entire group, (6 kids and 2 adults) loved them..thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Antojitos Minis

Make sure that you warm tortillas in microwave for a few seconds prior to shaping into cups, then they will not tear. I added some sausage to mine, really worked well. Topped with guacamole and/or sour cream.

No salt and doubled recipe using 1 can crm/mushroom and 1 can crm/cheddar soups....My family of 6 really liked it and I love throwing it together in the a.m. and having a nice filling supper waiting when we get home. I too cooked it on low for 7 hours....
