Curry Party Mix

This is a hit among my friends! I bring it over to get-togethers and it is gone within 5 minutes... They ask me ahead of time if I'm going to make it! I double the curry "sauce" in order for it to cover all the snacks

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I made a mistake and mixed the ingredients on the stovetop. The heat from the oven melted the chocolate chips, which made the cookies look and taste more chocolatey. They were a hit!! These will be made again for sure!
