Avocado Stuffed Yams
Like others, I wanted a different way of eating sweet potatoes. I thought this would be great: rave reviews, I love all the ingredients... I don't know what I did wrong. I like the idea of it, but this one just wasn't for me.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II
This is one of my all time favorite cookie recipes! I have been making them for two years, and they are constantly requested. In fact, I always double the recipe, as they disappear too quickly! My favorite version (proportions are for doubled recipe) is with one bag of butterscotch, one of semi sweet and at least a cup of pecans. In place of 2 cups of butter (again, this is doubled), I do a cup of canola oil, and 3/4 cup of applesauce. With the removal of butter, I add 1 1/2 -2 tsp of salt. If you are careful to mix wet and dry separately, and add as instructed, they will turn out amazing! Thank you SO MUCH for submitting this recipe!

Playgroup Granola Bars
This recipe is exactly what I was looking for! I too cooked for a bit less time (just under 25 min.), and mine are nice and chewy. Thanks for submitting this recipe!
