Chinese Cabbage Salad II

My husband and I both thought that it was very bland even though I doubled the garlic. Substituted what I had on hand, which fettucini instead of angel hair and yellow squash and spinach for the broccoli. It wasn't bad, just bland. I won't cook it again.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Absolutely delicious! I used Farfalle (bowtie) pasta, added extra garlic, then added fresh spinach to the tomatoes and topped off everything with a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. The feta I had on hand was "Crumbled with Garlic and Herbs" and I would deliberately buy it again for this recipe. I wouldn't hesitate to serve this to anyone!

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

This was a very quick and easy recipe. Although the taste was certainly good, I thought it needed more spicing up. We prefer a more spicy spaghetti sauce so will add additional garlic and oregano next time. I would recommend this when you want one in a hurry, but still want it homemade.

Apple Pork Chops

Was easy to prepare, but too watery and too bland. I noticed on many of the other reviews that they made changes to the recipe. I have so many recipes to try and keep, this one got tossed.

Mardi's Broccoli Salad

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Vanilla Ice Cream

Easy Pineapple Cake

It may be quick and easy, but not very good. Everyone found it to be a rather tough chewey texture. The icing and the moistness were the only things that saved it. I won't make it again.
