Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
I made this recipe for Mother's Day dinner today using a 5.5 pound prime rib roast. I doubled the recipe to make sure I had enough of the rub to cover the whole roast (doubling the recipe made plenty to cover the roast and thensome). It came out incredible and got rave reviews! I'll definetly use this recipe again and again. Thank you!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This recipe is definetly a keeper!!! I love that it makes two pies- one for now, and one to keep in the freezer. It is so simple and easy to prepare! I made a couple of very minor changes- I used a store-bought chocolate oreo pie crust, and smoothed a layer of hot fudge over the crust before adding the peanut butter filling. I garnished the top of the pie with chocolate shavings. It came out looking so fancy, but was no effort at all. Delicious without being overly rich! Definetly a keeper!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
My favorite thing about this recipe is that I always have all the ingredients right in my pantry. They come out chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Very easy to prepare! These cookies are a nice change from the every-day chocolate chip cookies. They're always a big hit!
