Pizza Dough I

We made this with wheat flour, with 1 1/4 cup of flour, kneaded the dough and covered in a bowl with a damp towel for a while to let it rise and then rolled it out very thin and baked it in 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan and it turned out really really good! The only thing we are going to do different next time is to let the yeast do its magic and let it rise longer.

Not bad. Perhaps next time I will bake this with the hot sauce on top to give it more of that hot wing flavor.

Blue Cheese Dressing

My husband and I recently got some blue cheese from a cheese of the month that we could not stand to eat. However we used it in this recipe and it was awesome! Thanks for giving us a wonderful use for our blue cheese! We didn't change a thing and will definitely make this again!
