Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
I did not change a thing about this recipe and it is amazing! I've made 12 batches this holiday season and I don't know how much more I will make, people keep asking for more! I've searched high and low for years to find a peanut brittle recipe that's just like my Grandmothers and Aunt Bobbie's and THIS IS IT!!!!!!! Look no further, this is the perfect recipe!!!!

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
This spaghetti sauce is amazing! I didn't have a green bell pepper so I used a yellow and red instead, the only other thing I did differently was I added a dash of cinnamon. My husband is not a big spaghetti fan unless it's made with sausage and he even loved this sauce! It's a keeper!

Easy Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2010
WOW! This was simply fantastic, add a little of your "personal touch" such as cinnamon or pumpkin spice and it's a masterpiece! I can't believe how easy and wonderful this is! My husband is so picky and snobby when it comes to dessert and he rated this a 10!

This is an amazing frosting, it's easy and tastes great! I added some chocolate and peppermint to make it taste like a "Junior Mint". FANTASTIC! Doesn't get much better than this!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
This recipe is absolutely fantastic! I found this recipe as an "attempt" of finding a Bruschetta that I would like and that is exactly what I did! Not only do I like it, my husband and 5 year old think it is amazing as well. When we make a "batch" we double the recipe and use the left-over bruschetta to eat on numerous things during the following days. We simply can not get enough of this wonderful treat!

World's Best Potato Salad

Candy Cane Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
This is an absolutely easy and scrumptious treat! I don't have access to Peppermint extract so I just used extra candy canes and vanilla extract for the proper consistency. I also use white chocolate chips b/c we don't have vanilla at our store here in Europe. It is phenominal anyway and everyone asks for the recipe. You can't go wrong! It also ships well in the mail, I sent some to our families in the USA for Christmas and to deployed soldiers in Iraq. They all loved it!

Mini Ham Quiches

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2008
I love this recipe! I hosted a baby shower for a friend of mine and everyone wanted the Quiche recipe. I did leave out the olives and added some onion and garlic. They were so good and so easy for entertaining! I am hosting another baby shower this weekend and guess what is number 1 on the menu? :) You can't go wrong with this recipe!!!

Honey-Pecan Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2007
I just finished having dinner and I must say this recipe is FABULOUS!!! I am not a big sweets lover so I was a bit apprehensive to make this but I was wrong, this chicken was amazing. I followed the advice of the other reviews and cooked the honey and pecans at the end and then drizzled it over the chicken. I served this over rice pilaf and with a green salad. I am so impressed with this recipe that I will add it to my menu for evenings when we have guests.

Johnny Marzetti V

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2005
I needed a quick meal last week and made it for him and he loved it. This recipe is amazing, it is easy, very tasty and filling. The only thing I will do differently next time is make more! Just to let you know, I left out the celery, I didn't think I would like it. I think when I make it again I will also put more noodles in, I hardly had enough to make my layers. I would reccomend this recipe to anyone!
