Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
Wonderful. I used Stove top stuffing to put in the pork chops and it turned out great. I typically don't like Stove top stuffing, but put inside the pork chops was very good. Reminded me of a Thanksgiving turkey but with pork chops.

Cajun Dirty Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
This was an awesome dish. My boyfriend always adds tabasco to everything I make, but for this dish there was no need. I used hot sausages and hot chilies with the tomatoes. Next time I may tone it down, since I started to break a sweat while eating it. But it was very good.

Honeyed Pork Chops

This was by far the best pork chops ever. The sauce was just wonderful. My boyfriend liked it so much I made the same sauce later in the week for chicken.

Mexican Rice II

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
This turned out good. I did have to add more water for the rice to soften up. Besides that everyone at my dinner table enjoyed it w/ some chicken enchiladas.

This turned out great. I did add some green chilies and tabasco for more of a kick. Will make again for sure.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs I

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2007
Loved this!!! I read the other reveiews and browned my meatballs so they wouldnt fall apart. I used onion soup and bread crumbs for the meat seasoning. I have tasted this sauce before and knew that it could be a little sweet, so I added some chili powder and a little tabasco. It turned out great!
