Blueberry Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
Delicious. I only changed one thing. I used a bit of brown sugar in my streusel instead of cinamon.

Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
Delicious and easy! I did change some things. I added some extra cheese to the mix. I also did not saute the onions and add them. I just added french fried onions to the corn flakes instead. The last change was to spinkle salt on the tater tots before pouring on the mixture.

Peanut Blossoms II

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
This cookie is very good. I put white chocolate "Hugs" on some of mine, since my husband doesn't like regular chocolate. I followed the recipe exactly and I had no problems with the cookies.

Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Delicious. I did bake the squash in the oven and I had to use a little Oregeno instead of Marjoram (I was out). My suggestion is to use a stick blender (they are totally worth it) to blend everything together. That way you don't have to pour hot soup into or out of anything other than your bowl.

I enjoyed my Belgian Waffles. I don't think I waited the 40 minutes, but the texture was still fine.

Really great recipe. I typed 24 servings in (half the recipe) and used an 8 1/2 x 11 in. cake pan. It came out wonderful.

Creamy Apple Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
I thought this was super easy to make and everyone liked it (I took it smallgroup bible study). I did use vanilla greek yogurt and added a bit of sugar because my Peanut butter doesn't have any in it.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
These cookies turned out great. I rolled them nice and thick and did the method with powdered sugar and parchment paper. I did add some butterscotch liqueur to the mix which makes it taste even yummier. I would highly recommend putting the dough back in the fridge between rollings to keep it nice and cold (so you don't get sticky dough). Thanks for the recipe.

Wow! Easy and great. I put pecan pieces in the top and added whip cream and ate it straight out of the oven. It is very sweet.

Strawberry Dream Cake I

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
I made the cake version of this for my daughter's birthday. The cake was a hit. I did use a different frosting as I was making a "hello kitty" cake. The only change I made was to use a strawberry cake mix to start with.

Spicy Pretzels

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
My husband loves this recipe so much that as soon as he eats the last of what I make he begs for more. I did bake it for 20 to 30 min at 250 (mixing it a couple of times in between). Just the right spice for us. Thanks.

White Chocolate Pumpkin Dreams

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2006
Delicious cookies. I drizzled on the icing (it doesn't need to much of it). Everyone that I shared them with loved them. I am going to a pumpkin bake off at my church this weekend and will be taking these. The only thing I suggest different is to add whip cream and a bit of cinnamon to the top.
