Yakisoba with Pork and Cabbage

Reviewed: May 1, 2013
This was very good - I used chili paste instead of tabasco sauce(didn't have) and got it a little TOO spicy, but still VERY good! We'll be having this again - would add mushrooms? pea pods?

Oh my gosh this is SO good!!! Wouldn't change a thing. Served over rice with asparagus. Even Randy loved it and he always says he doesn't like shrimp!

This soup is wonderful! Quick and easy to make and tastes delicious. Can't ask for anything more than that. The family loved it so I'll be making it again.

Totally AWESOME Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
This was declared AWESOME by my five yr old grandson. It stayed smooth and creamy when frozen overnight - no crystals in this one.

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
PERFECT! This was first time I was able to peel ALL the eggs I cooked without having at least one messed up. Who would have thought you needed a recipe to boil eggs? Thank you Ken for sharing this and ECHO1272 - thank you for the tip on gently stirring the eggs to get the yolks centered for deviled eggs.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
These cookies are wonderful! My family told me they won't last long and from the number of trips they've made into the kitchen since I started baking them, I'm sure they're right. I would definitely bake these again. Thank you for the great recipe.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
These are wonderful! Thank you for sharing this recipe. The cookies aren't the normal crunchy ones that we're used but I think these are just what my family has been looking for. I followed the recipe exactly and it's true, they don't look "done" when you take them out of the oven, but they are perfect when you take them off the cooled cookie sheet.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2011
This is really good and so easy to make. I made the mistake of using only one package of cream cheese rather than two - because that's all I had on hand - but will be using two the next time I make this. Thank you for sharing this recipes.

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
I used the recipe on Christmas Day and our ham was delicious. Thank you so much for an easy and foolproof way of making a ham. It was nice to have the oven free for other foods. My ham was just a little over 8 pounds and was ready to serve in about 6 hours. My slow cooker seems to cook a little hotter than some others so I generally have to make adjustments for that.
