Awesome! Sauteed the chicken briefly with chilli powder, garlic powder, celery seed, salt and pepper THEN added the potatoes, water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Added the frozen pea/carrot/corn mix LAST. Tasted and mixed every 5 minutes to check seasoning (added more seasoning of all of the above when needed). SAVE THE STOCK for SAUCE.
Sauce: Doubled the sauce! I used the stock created from boiling the above veggies and chicken. Added all the above spices to the sauce as well - also used cornstarch to thicken (i've never had luck with flour, can taste it too much). Turned out amazing!! Couldn't imagine it without the spices added!! Key is to TASTE TASTE TASTE. Oh, and I used egg white on both of the bottom of the shell and the top. PERFECTION!!! Definitely a keeper!!!
