A great basis to use whatever fruit you have around the house. Also great with granola on top -- yum!

Very good -- different, flavorful, rich, and much better than Stove Top!! Will make it again next year.

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2008
I like to mix whole wheat flour with white (when the recipe is doubled, use 1/2 c. whole wheat and 1 1/2 c. white). I also let the mixture sit in the fridge for 20 minutes, and cook with a little butter in the pan. I even sprinkled a few chocolate chips on the pancakes while they were cooking. My boyfriend said they are the best pancakes I've ever made :)

Milk Chocolate Florentine Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
My mom requested these for her birthday this year because they are so good. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips for the spread (using milk chocolate chips in previous years have caused the response, "they're too sweet"). Turned out fantastic! Definitely make sure to grease the foil!

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
This is a great recipe because you can adjust many things and it is still tasty. I forgot the dressing mix and didn't want to go back to the store, so I chopped some herbs (rosemary, thyme & sage) and mixed the them with the nuts and rolled the cheese ball in that. It was a big hit!

Rich 'N Thick Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
Excellent recipe! I changed a couple things: in a serving for 2, I substituted 1/2 cup of the milk for heavy cream, which just made it even creamier, and didn't have baker's chocolate, so I used 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and half the amount of sugar. I also added a peppermint candy cane in my mug. Yum!
