Really great and easy. It is super sweet, even though I had reduce sugar to 1 cup. Will try low-fat /low calorie ingredients next time!

Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
I had serious doubts during the making of this cake, but it was wonderful. My mom is a huge peanut butter "nut" and she devoured this cake. Very moist. The glaze is really sweet, so I only used half of the glaze and drizzled it over the top instead of spreading it. A definite keeper!

Excellent base waffle recipe. We always add some type of fruit to our waffles. Lately, I've been added about 1 cup of fresh blueberries. DELISH!

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

Terrific! One of the best strawberry pies considering the time and effort that you have to put into making it (easiest recipe you'll find). Will definitely make (and gobble down) again!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: May 4, 2008
Great recipe. Super easy and a great way to use and showcase fresh, in-season fruit. I used fresh strawberries and blackberries, about 3 cups. I also sprinkled brown sugar on top. Next time I'll reduce the butter in half. Great with vanilla ice cream.

Sweet Potato Souffle III

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2007
Delish! Made this for Turkey Day and it was a hit. Perfect bite for me is a little bit of this with a little piece of turkey. Tastes great. Also, I had a hard time finding pecans, so I used walnuts, but it still came out wonderfully.

Peach Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2007
Excellent ice cream recipe. Just a couple of small changes: I cut the recipe in half, but I used 8 peaches and cut the sugar in half. There is a film that left on the spoon, but I didn't experience the film on the roof of mouth (from another reviewer). I was a great recipe, but I may cut back on the cream in the future.

Million Dollar Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2007
EASY AND EXCELLENT! I made this for a co-workers birthday. There is usually leftover cake, but not on this occasion! This cake was really light and delicious. May try to add shreaded coconut to the frosting next time. A definite keeper!

Chicken Parmigiana

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2007
Excellent recipe. Really simple and delicioius. I used regular breadcrumbs and added italian seasons to it. After the chicken baked the first time, I layered the casserole dish as followed: already cooked spaghetti to the bottom of the casserole dish, most of the tomato sauce, the already baked chicken, more sauce, and then cheese. You may have to use about 1-1.5 jars of tomato sauce, but it is worth it! What could be better that chicken parm with baked speghetti! A definite keeper!

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Excellent recipe. I'm not a fan of french onion soup, but my fiancee absolutely loved it. He claims it's the best he's had yet. Will definitely make again.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2007
Good recipe for chicken. Even used low fat mayo, and it still came out great. I did leave out the bacon due to fat already present from the mayo, but I think that it would have been 5 stars if I had added it (I love bacon, just not the fat). A definite keeper!

Excellent recipe for pork chops. I am Taiwanese and this tastes like pork chops that my mom would cook (I can't ever get a recipe from her because she never measures anything). Thanks for the share!

I can't believe my first attempt at eggnog was this delicious! It was a hit at my Christmas party. It definitely needed the amount called for the rum...if not more. It's a definite keeper!
