My cooking tragedies

Lemon Pie II
There really isn't much depth to this recipe, its basically just sugar and lemon. No hints or notes of anything else, its a good simple pleaser if your craving sugary lemon, but I would never attempt to serve this as a dessert to impress anyone.

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies
I think the reviews on this recipe are very misleading. They turn out extremely mushy and take a very long time to cook and they never are a solid cookie- they turn to crumbles. So if this is a recipe for peanut butter..crumbles.. then you got it but if you want fast pb cookies, look elsewhere.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I substituted the white sugar for honey and b. sugar for xylitol and added a bit of molasses. I followed the review of another and used 1/4 c honey and 3/4 c xylitol w/ molasses. Didn't seem to be sweet enough to me. Althought I'd have to agree 1 c of chips definately enough. I didn't refridgerate mine and they ended up pretty cakey, though that could have to do with the xylitol.
