Noodles Marmaduke

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2006
This is a great recipe. My husband and I both enjoyed this dish. Since I work full time I am always looking for quick and easy meals. This one fits the bill. I did tweak a bit, using round steak strips for stir fry instead of ground beef, for more chew power, and added just a bit of freshly ground nutmeg and about 2 tsps of sweet Hungarian paprika. End result was yummy.

Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2006
This dish is absolutely delicious. The only liberty I took, William, was to add one sliced green bell pepper and a small can of pineapple chunks, drained, during the last 1/2 hour of baking time. And, very importantly for working folks, I was able to prepare the chicken in the marinade on my lunch break and then put it in the oven when I got home. This is quite economical and quick to prepare. Thank you, William

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2006
Very, very good. I would only suggest an entire pound of ground beef, or bulk Italian sausage, and about twice the amount of grated cheese. My husband and I, and our two small dogs, really liked this. Also, this dish is quick and easy to prepare for a workday evening. Thank you.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2006
Thank you, Karen, for sharing this delicious chicken dish. It is very quick and easy to prepare. The flavor is awesome and the chicken is very tender and juicy. I serve it with pasta and a green vegetable and could not hope for a better meal. My husband asks for it at least twice a month.

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms

For ease of preparation and tenderness of the chicken I would give this recipe 5 stars, but unfortunately the lack of flavor detracts from the totality.

This soup is absolute delicious, smooth and creamy. The only change I made was to add just a tiny trace of freshly ground nutmeg. Thank you for sharing this great dish. It is a keeper which I will definitely plan on making again.

Baked Potato Soup II

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2006
Truly delicious. My husband and I made this yesterday and are impressed with how easy and how good it is. The only changes I made were to oven bake the potatoes and use half-n-half instead of skim milk. Will definitely make again.

Tuscan Soup

My husband and I and our houseguest enjoyed this soup enormously. The only change I made was using half & half instead of evaporated milk. The soup is quick and easy to make, using one pot, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend this for a cold, damp winter day. Thank you,Dianne

I prepared this yesterday for Sunday supper on a wet, wintry day. It really did hit the spot. Both my husband and I truly enjoyed it and I definitely plan on keeping this recipe for future use. The only alteration I made was at

Herbed Chicken and Fettuccini

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
Fast and easy is right. I had this meal on our plates in 3o minutes. The flavors are great but could use a bit more perhaps marjoram or thyme. A very comforting dish for a winter evening, rich and smooth. I consider it a winner.
