Authentic German Potato Salad
This is sooo good! I didnt change a thing. My young son didnt like it but my teenager did so it may not appeal to younger eaters.

Cranberry Sweet Potato Bread
You could serve this without the spread but the spread makes it special. I had compliments and repeat requests for the spread recipe. This is very easy to make and using the small can of candied yams mashed up equaled 1 cup almost on the nose. This froze well and it sliced up easily while still partially frozen.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Made it exactly as written and it's a great salad. Add the cut up fruit to the dressing and add it to the salad just before serving. This way your fruit wont discolor and your greens will stay crisper---and this makes it easier to transport to a potluck.
