So dang easy and good! Definetely something you could throw together at the last minute. I think chopped pecans would be an excellent addition if you like nuts.

Grilled Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2008
A good recipe but I would definetely suggest marinating the chicken longer than 20 minutes, to get more of the flavor.

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2008
A really nice Banana Cake, taste like banana bread but does well as a cake. If anyone has the problem I did where they fill there 9x13 pan and it seems a bit try to do 2 8x8's if possible. I put all of it in a 9x13 and the cake batter started coming out the side of the pan. The frosting is sooooo easy and wonderful, will definetely use for my other cakes as well. I added chopped pecans on the cake and it tasted really good! I didnt put the cake in the freezer either and it was still very moist.

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2008
Very yummy! I followed the directions except that I didn't have raspberries so I just added more blackberries and blueberries. I also put the butter in the microwave to get it to soften quicker it made mixing the ingredients alot easier. Chopped pecans would be a wonderful addition to this already delicious crisp!

Taco Salad I

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2008
I deviated a bit from this recipe but used most of the same ingredients. Instead of Catalina dressing I used a Chipotle Ranch which was really good with this salad and black and pinto beans instead of the chili beans and that goes good as well. Very good recipe though!

My great grandmother also made this recipe and I never thought I would see it in someone elses collection. haha My grandmother always added 1 ground navel orange (Sounds strange I know but added it, it is wonderful!) and only a cup of grapes that were cut in half. Always a good Christmas recipe!

Buckeye Balls II

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
Such a good recipe, it reminded me of the ones my Great Grandmother used to make! I even yielded 45 buckeye balls with this recipe. I also made some with Milk Chocolate and prefer that to the Semi-Sweet. I also added paraffin to the chocolate with gives the chocolate a pretty sheen and dries faster as well.
