Chewy and wonderful! Will probably scale back on some on the cocoa powder and sugar next time though. Great recipe though!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2010
Super yummy! I cooked my chicken in the slow cooker with all of the ingredients and accidently left out the sour cream and it was still fabulous! I use New Mexico Chile for more enchilada sauce as I've never been able to find a canned one that I like. Thanks Angela!

Black Bean Quesadillas

Got thumbs up from everyone! This is really good, I think what salsa you use will make a difference. I made my own that is similar to D's Salsa on this site. A+

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
Wondefully delicious! I topped these with fluffy peanut butter frosting from this site. Will definitely be making again! I also substitued 1/2 cup butter in place of the shortening as I had run out and I used 1 1/2 cups peanut butter and they were still moist.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
Very good soup, I used fresh broccoli and it came it just as good. I didn't have cornstarch so I used a flour/milk mixture to thicken the soup. Will definitely make again, but will cut back a little on the velvetta.

Simple Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
Just like Chicken and Noodles should be! Easy recipe and absolutely delicious, I think some people are expecting this to be a soup recipe but this is something completely different. I always serve this over mashed potatoes and always get rave reviews. This recipe is the same one my great-grandma used and is soo comforting. Also, DO NOT put this in a crockpot when first making as the broth needs to be hot enough for the noodles to form, if not they will just turn gummy. Great recipe Clara!

Persian Sabzi Polo (Herb Rice with Fava Beans)

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
I love Sabzi Polo! When I prepare the rice I rinse it then put it in boiling water for 5-8 minutes, drain rice in a strainer, dry pot out with a towel and pour the vegetable oil on the bottom, mix rice with herbs & favas then transfer rice to pot and cook on low for 45 minutes. Make sure to wrap a towel around the pot lid so it absorbs the water that would fall back in the rice otherwise, try it trust me it makes a difference.
