Best Spanish Rice

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Great base recipe! I substituted 32 oz. of Ricotta instead of the Cottage Cheese, 2 eggs beaten instead of 1. I also used a small onion and 3 cloves of garlic, tossed into my food processor and then sauteed in a tsp. of olive oil which I mixed with the filling. I thawed the spinach and then used 3/4 of the box and squeezed the liquid out through some cheesecloth and put it in the food processor to make the spinach finer. I also did not use jar spaghetti sauce....The sauce really makes a difference!!! I used the Best Marinara Sauce Yet on the site and this meal tasted GOURMET!!! Yum!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

I stayed true to the recipe for the most part except for subbing 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice for one of the tsp. of cinnamon and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. I agree with fellow raters who say these have a cake like consistency, they do for sure and are very moist. I thought these were fantastic. I baked them in a 10x15 and they came out great! Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe!

Yum, yum, yum!!! I followed the recipe exactly accept for substituting light brown sugar and regular Bacardi because that is what I had on hand. Thanks so much for a wonderful and simple recipe!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Fabulous!!! I used Arborio Rice and it turned out really good.......I also used Vanilla Bean Paste instead of Vanilla Extract just to have the pretty little vanilla bean flecks. Will be making this again for sure!

Lemon Yogurt Muffins

These were really moist muffins. You must make the sauce to drizzle over it, it REALLY makes the muffin. ;) These muffins are even better the next day heated in the microwave for 15 seconds.
