I love having guests over regularly and entertain as often as I can. There really isn't anything I don't love cooking, whether it's an authentic italian feast, baking muffins, or whipping up a casserole. I really enjoy my time in the kitchen. I made a pot-roast, mashed pototoes and gravy for dinner, and on this particular day, one of my daughters held her head in her hands and said, "This is so good, I think I'm going to cry!" I love it! One thing I've learned NOT to do: Never try cooking jalepnos or other hot peppers in a frying pan and forgetting about them. Your eyes, nose, throat - they all burn terribly.
