Wine Sauce Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2006
This recipe is deliciously EXQUISITE! Perfect for a romantic dinner for two, or as a scrumptious, sophisticated dinner for a cozy crowd! I did however change the way I cooked the recipe, though I'm sure the overall taste has remained the same. Instead of cream of mushroom soup I used cream of chicken. I used regular skim milk instead of the condensed milk. Instead of cheddar cheese, I used about shredded mozzarella and some cream cheese. (Sorry I don't measure!) And I added more wine. Then, I let it all simmer in a large skillet on low heat for half an hour instead of baking it. Served it over the rice...MMMMMM! Delicious!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2006
I had never had (or even heard of, for that matter) peanut butter fudge. This recipe is terrific! Don't need to change a thing! :)

Shrimp Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2006
I only marinated the shrimp for 30 minutes and they turned out really tasty. If you buy the shrimp that are already deveined, peeled and that already tails off, this recipe can be very quick to prepare! Fiance loved this recipe as well! Great for busy people who want something different for dinner.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2006
Very YUMMY! My fiance and I have made it 3 times already since discovering it! I've even tried baking it immediately after preparing it, as opposed to letting it sit for a while, and it turned out just as good. I've also used ripped up hamburger bun pieces instead of croutons and that worked fine too. I now cut down on the amount of butter as previous reviewers suggested and the casserole is much less greasy. Oh yes, I also use 5 eggs and a tad more milk to fill the pan a bit more, but the casserole fluffs up a bit while baking. Thanks for the great recipe!

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
These muffins are YUUUUUUMY! I use plain yogurt and strawberries; tasted like STRAWBERRIES & CREAM! :) Definitely a keeper! My fiance was like a child. After tasting the batter, he kept asking: "Are they ready yet? Are they ready yet?" (While the muffins were baking... hehe) Thanks for sharing your great recipe with us!

Lemon Square Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
These bars were terrific in taste and texture. After a couple of days however, they became a little soggy. That is the only reason why I gave this recipe a 4-star rating. I made them over the holidays and everyone just loved them. Will probably make again. Crust tasted fantastic!

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2005
Mayo makes this recipe what it is - delicious! But if you want even more flavour I recommend taking everyone else's advice of adding more spices according to your own personal taste. Play it up a little! Be creative and make it with your fave spices and flavours! I only added cajun seasoning and lots of garlic powder and it was fantastic - crispy and tender! My fiance loved it too!!! Oh, and definitely cut down on the bread crumbs.
