Sweet Potato Casserole IV
Based on other comments, I used half the amount of white and brown sugars and also half the amount of butter. I baked in a deep-dish pie pan for an additional 10 minutes. Brought it to a work pot luck - people raved.

Beef Tips
The first time I followed the recipe to the letter, but it was too salty. Now I make it with low-sodium soy, eliminate the salt and saute fresh garlic with the onion, instead of the garlic powder. It's great, very tender - never any leftovers!
