I made this for dinner tonight and followed the recipe to a T. Ended up cooking it on low heat for 3 hours, and it was amazing. My teenage son had three helpings. Served it with mashed potatoes and green peas. Very tasy, well balanced dish. Thanks!

Absolutely the Best Nacho Dip Ever

I've made this several times and it is a real hit every time. Cocktail sauce gives it a great twist. Excellent presentation, delicious and easy too! A winner.

Indian-Style Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

This dish tasted fabulous. Just the right amount of spice, and lots of flavour. Your house will smell wonderful when cooking this dish. Served with naan bread on the side to soak up the sauce - which there is plenty of. This did not turn out like the traditional butter chicken in Indian restaurants. Sauce was not thick, however the dish is delicious nonetheless.

Tangy Shrimp Appetizer Skewers

Everyone loved these at the party I made them for. Great combination - and the dressing keeps the shrimp moist. Presentation is good - nice and colourful on the plate.
