Brown Sugar Meatloaf
This was the first time I made meatloaf, so I was surprised when it turned out really well! I loved the sugar/ketchup combo. Also, after reading other reviews, I used extra-lean (96%) ground beef, and the meatloaf was really moist without being greasy.
I did, however, cut the salt by half and increase the other spices a bit, since that's what we're more used to eating. Delicious either way.
But when I make this next time, I may brown the onions some first -- they were still a little too crunchy.
