I am a chef apprentice living in the Orlando, Florida area. I am currently attending culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu. I graduate in 2006. I love cooking in my styles, but I have been specializing in Euro-Asian cooking. I enjoy cooking for family and friends and I am always asked to cook at large events as well.
My favorite things to cook
I love making vegetable pasta and cream of broccoli soup. My key lime pie is a huge hit with many people also.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When I go home to visit (Pennsylvania), my family cooks instead of me. I really don't have any real family cooking traditions. It's whoever can do whatever as long as it tastes good.
My cooking triumphs
I once cooked for a dinner party of 20, and although I didn't feel the stress, the dinner turned out better than I had hoped. The people from the party still talk about my food until this very day. I am so very thankful!
My cooking tragedies
I haven't had anything yet. There hasn't been any real disasters yet, but I am sure that I will have one to post eventually.
