Turkey Empanadas Grande

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
A little more involved than I care for dinner, especially since it's best if you cook the filling the night before as not to have problems with the pie crust. But the flavor was good and my husband enjoyed it.

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
Easy enough to make and tasty. Had a hard time finding a recipe for this soup without carrots in it since my husband doesn't like them.

Chicken Casserole Mississippi

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2006
I used 1/2 medium sweet onion, no-salt seasoning and 1/2 the sour cream and it turned out just fine. It just didn't brown as much as I thought it would.

Easy enough to make, but pretty bland...like another reviewer said, it's corn and cornbread. It tasted better as leftovers.

Chicken Pasta II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2005
Easy enough to make. Radiatore pasta doesn't seem to exsist in my town, so I used Bowtie pasta, which was probably too big of a pasta. But the dish turned out well. I'll probably make it again.
