Herb Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2006
I followed this recipe exactly and thought it was very simple and delicious! I drained the juices from the meat prior to adding the sauce, but think I will leave some next time to increase and thin the sauce. I can't wait to try this on ribs!!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

I've been making these for the last 10 years and find them to be wonderful with everything! The best part is that it is such a versatile meal! I have tried many different variations using different cheeses and vegetables. I always use the Hormel brand real chopped bacon, its so much easier and very good! I sometimes substitute the sour cream with Ranch dressing, and that adds a little more creaminess and extra flavor.

Sicilian Pineapple Pork Roast

I have never been able to make a really tender pork roast until now. This recipe made my pork roast so tender and tasty, I ate until I was ready to burst! Excellent recipe.

Garlic Chicken

This recipe was soooo easy and really very good. I think I'd use a little more garlic and maybe some Tony Chachere's to spice it up a little more. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs but it could have used a little more flavor. The coating was nice and crisp without having to fry it in a pan of oil. I'll definitely make this again.

Pork Chop Casserole III

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
I was cooking for one tonite (me!), had 2 boneless chops and wanted something quick, easy, and tasty! This was it! I didn't have any bell pepper and I thought the onion from the onion soup mix would be plenty, so I just used the rice, soup mix, and golden mushroom soup instead of the cream of mushroom, and it came out very good. The chops didn't really absorb any of the onion flavor, so I cut one up small and mixed it with the rice and really enjoyed it. And I've got lunch for tomorrow. I'll make this again. Thanks!

Brunch Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2006
I just love cheesy potatoes so this one sounded good to me! I thought it was pretty easy to put together. I added a layer of shredded colby/jack for even more of a cheesy flavor. I'll be making this one often! Thanks for sharing!
