Authentic French Meringues

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
Great recipe - I added a Tbsp of cocoa powder to the mix, and since I use a gas oven, I turned the temp to 150, and left the door closed, so the cooking time was reduced to 1 1/2 hours, and they turned out perfectly.

One of the best pies we have ever tasted. Easier to make than other banana cream recipes and ten times the taste.

Topless Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2004
the best homemade blueberry pie I ever made. Easy instructions, but make sure you wait until the mixture has truly thickened before removing it from the heat Also, you may want to try using a touch less corn starch. The pie got almost too thick, but still very tasty.

Lobster Casserole

Just for fun, I added 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese to the pan, and 2 Tblsp of parmesan. I'm sure the recipe would be great without this, but it added a little extra flavor. GREAT RECIPE
