What I do is boil each pretzel in the pot(placing them top in first)30sec per side. Then I place it topside facing down in a strainer in the sink. I put a little flour on the bottom, and then place on a greased baking sheet. It is at that time I sprinkle salt on the top of the pretzel. ...I saw your post and just had to help, hope you see this
