Banana Banana Bread
The bread was moist as promised but I felt as if the bread wasn't sweet enough. My bananas were practically black so I know that they were more than ripe. I followed the recipe exactly but sadly, I'm not wowed by it

Carrot Cake III
I can't even begin to tell you how incredible this cake is!! I made one yesterday for a birthday party and it was a good thing that I double the recipe because there were no leftovers. I did add a can of pineapple and raisins and I finely grated the carrots.

White Texas Sheet Cake
Wow! Incredibly sweet! My husband said that it put him in a diabetic coma!! It was good but I will make it in a regular cake pan next time and not as a thin sheet cake since it was just so sweet. I'm wondering if that may cut some of the intense sweetness since the icing wouldn't be as thick.
