This was really good! Talk about easy to make and quick too! I sprinkled the chicken with garlic powder and browned it quickly on each side not the 10-15 minutes which was mentioned. Then when I baked it I increased the temperature to 400 degrees and baked it for 30 minutes. In another smaller fry pan in olive oil I sauteed minced onion, sliced fresh mushrooms, and slivers of red and green pepper. After putting the chicken in the casserole dish I topped it with salsa, then the onions, mushrooms and peppers. Next I sprinkled the cheddar over all. Talk about a colorful dish! Tasty, too! Delicious over buttered noodles. A dish liked by all and a definite "keeper".
