Memphis Rub
Being a Memphis girl- I have to say this is almost as good as my Dad's secret rub! Or Charlie Vergo's Rendezvous' seasoning (http://www.hogsfly.com/) for that matter!! Love this as it reminds me of home from 2000 miles away... :o)I just wish I could give this more than 5 stars. Thanks from Southern california Chef C. Beard for taking me back to my roots

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole
WAY BLAND! The cold leftovers were worth the effort though, I guess. I thought the mix of textures were a nice change. But I think I will keep my asparagus to the oven, garlic and olive oil. Thank you anyways!

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)
I follow this recipe to the T, except for adding a spoonful of relish and broiling for a minute or 2 longer at the end- the cheese melts, but the tuna doesn't get warm which makes for an odd sensation when biting into! the cheese mades the melts a little greasy, but my fiance really liked! I did use both swiss and aged cheddar. Yum! Will make again.
