Oh my gosh! So tasty, so creamy, so cheesy, so good. Easy to do, lots of extras, highly recommend for those who love the sauciness of French food and who enjoy scallops.

Easy to do, but not the best result ever. Definitely only refrigerate for about 30 minutes prior to serving - otherwise you end up with a block of dark chocolate.

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese

Since I was unable to find Swiss Chard at my local grocer, I used some fresh locally grown Kale. It worked great! I actually cut out the stems and just used the leaves, and was thrilled with the result. Very flavorful.

Blueberries n' Cheese Squares

Nice summertime treat - light and fruity with good taste and texture. My only criticism is that it does not hold its shape very well, so cutting into pieces doesn't really work. You end up with a scoopful on each plate rather than a square piece.
