Hi there!
About this Cook
I've been cooking for myself since high school, and luckily I've advanced beyond grilled cheese and tomato soup to more substantial meals.
My favorite things to cook
Pasta Isabarte, even though Ryan claims to have never had it; anything with loads of fresh veggies; love making thanksgiving style meals with lots of dishes and lots of people eating.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The best was when I'd ask my dad what was for dinner and he'd hand me five bucks to go get something. Also, my mom making salmon patties (gross!) every third night for my first 12 years on earth.
My cooking triumphs
Inventing the aforementioned Pasta Isabarte. Ryan you need to e-mail me. The address is the same. Friday would like to say hi. kdbanks01@...
My cooking tragedies
In college, in my poorer days, I thought mixing cooked Ramen noodles with creamed corn would be okay to eat. Trust me, it's not.

Green Bean Casserole I
Nice creamy version of the traditional Thanksgiving dish. Easy to make ahead of time and freeze.
