Texas German Potato Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2014
This salad was delicious. I used black olives instead of green olives. Not everyone likes green olives. I really wouldn't call this German Potato Salad. More like Potato and Bacon Salad. I used light sour cream and not to much bacon drippings. My husband really loved it.

Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2013
I have made this recipe about six times. My husband really loves it. The teriyaki is good however I double it cause I like my chicken saucy. I use boneless/skinless chicken thighs. Don't need to cook 30 minutes on each side. 20 minutes on each side is enough. I made with the Oven Roasted Asparagus and rice. Was great meal for company.

I made this last night. Was great. Needed to increase the butter/maragarine though.

Stuffing for Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2009
I made this and it was great, however I used turkey stock. It gives it a richer flavor and it has less sodium than the low sodium chicken broth. I also left out the marjoram, thyme and sage and added another teaspoon of poultry seasoning. It tasted great.
