Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
So simple, so versatile. I've been making this recipe for yrs. I've done so many things to it and it always comes out tasting great! I've used a whole jar of salsa vs only half. I've subbed cans of tomato soup in place of the tomato sauce. I've used 2 pkgs of chili seasoning mix for an extra kick. You CAN'T mess up this recipe. We love it with crackers and cheddar cheese on top. Leftovers are great for chili dogs or frito chili pies. Mmmmm. I always double this so we have easy leftovers for my family of 5. Also freezes REALLY well! Love to put half in the freezer and a simple thaw overnight in the fridge makes reheating taste 100% fresh.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
WOW! These are soooo fabulous! I was in a hurry and prefer to use my Kitchenaid vs my breadmaker, so here's my speed method. I dumped all the ingredients into my bowl in the order of the recipe. I did not proof the yeast package, but it didn't seem to matter. I blended everything on speed 2 for 5 minutes. Then I pinched off 16 pieces of the sticky dough, coated my hands in flour and rolled each piece into a ball. Placed in greased muffin pan with kitchen towel over the top, set on my dryer and let the dryer frun for 60 mins drying my clothes and it also let the dough rise beautifully. I made 12 BIG rolls and they tasted wonderful! Great recipe! I will continue to use, especially in my own speedy way! Thanks so much!

Philly Cheesesteak Skillet Meal
Wasn't bad... was pretty comparible to a name brand boxed dinner where you add meat though. My husband called this a chuckwagon dinner and gave it 3.5 stars. My 4 yr old and 2 yr old ate it like there was no tomorrow... that's good enough for me to make it again! I didn't have cream of muchroom soup so I used cream of potato which actually gave this a really nice hearty flavor. For the noodles and processed cheese I used a box of velveta shells and cheese and it did the trick wonderfully. I also omitted the green pepper as I don't have any and my kids wouldn't eat it anyway. This is a keeper strictly for "in a pinch" but it lacks ebough flavor to keep it in my recipe book for good.
