Fresh Cherry Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
Pretty good, but the 3/4 cup sugar added to the cherries was too much. Next time I'll cut back to 1/2 cup.

This is SUPER!!! I recommend letting it sit overnite in the fridge before serving. This is the BEST coconut cake, and so easy to make!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2007
Very good! I had to use self rising flour so I left out the baking soda and added a few pinches of salt. I would've put in vanilla, but I was out of that as well. I've made 2 batches, and each time it took 8 min. Just bake until the edges are starting to turn brow. The cookies stayed soft for several day in an air tight container.(If they last that long!)

White BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2006
I am from Decatur, Al where this recipe originated from. The original recipe is to use miracle whip instead of the mayo, and leave out the sugar. Be sure to put in lots of black pepper too.

Coconut Cream Pie I

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2005
I made this with a few variatons. I used 2 small boxes of instant coconut creme pudding,I couldn't find any 5 oz. boxes. I still used the same amount of milk, and I used french vanilla cool-whip. I took one other persons advice and didn't put the toasted coconut on until I served it. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2005
This is a great tried and true recipe. The only thing I do different is to layer them in a crock pot with brown sugar. I let them cook on low. I always get rave reviews!!
