I'm 16 years old, female and attend an art school here in T.O. I have been cooking since the age of 11 and love to cook for other people.
I have a wide range of experties as well as many different hobbies.
I don't however, think I'll ever go into the food business because it's just too much fun as a hobby.
My favorite things to cook
I love experimenting with whatever I find in my fridge.
I like simple and healthy foods as much as complicated concotions. I also love learning to use new and exotic ingredients and adding a healthy twist to classic foods. I can't turn down a challenge.
My cooking triumphs
I've had many, such as a full buffet style spread for my 14th birthday including 4 types of salads, a boston cream cake, and 4 different entrees- and my first full christmas dinner with a stuffed turkey and roast beef when I was 11 (before I became a vegetarian).
My cooking tragedies
nearly causing a fire while trying to make fries from frozen and my first attempt at making cookies: too much baking powder resulted in little rock formations.
