Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2006
Huge hit at my Christmas Dinner. Incredibly easy to make and oh so yummy. I had my doubts about cheddar cheese with pineapple, but the taste is divine.

Chocolate Brownies with Fewer Calories

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2006
Excellent recipe, very easy. The brownies are very light & airy - nice texture. Change to baking time: after 25 minutes, the center was still very gooey, so I reduced temp to 300 & let them bake for another 40 minutes. Edges firm, but not hard and center cooked through.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2006
Serve with a gallon of milk! This cake was excellent. I made it for Christmas Dinner & it was a huge hit! Followed recipe exactly except that I used 3 cake pans instead of 2. No overflow & there was enough icing. I've found a winner!

Quick & easy. I never would have thought to put cauliflower with tomatoes. Tasted great! I used less butter based on the other reviews.

French Toast Souffle

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2008
Found this from Cooking Light. Excellent recipe, very easy. I used whole slices of stale white bread. I did flip the slices before cooking so that all sides were evenly coated with egg mixture.

Excellent & very easy. I may add mozzarella or provolone next time for a gooey filling. Served with blue cheese.

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2008
Made two batches for Christmas (different meals) 1 was lousy, 1 was excellent; I think a lot had to do with the size of the slow cooker. I did cut down the egg in both base on other reviews. Will try again.
