Christmas Casserole Cookies

I personally did not care for these at all. The only reason I gave them two stars is because my husband liked them (but he will eat anything) I feel as though I wasted a lot of expensive ingredients. I will not do this again.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Go no further! The only thing I did different besides sweat the eggplant is I oven fried it at 425 for 10 minutes on each side (we like it a little more crispy) This is delicious ~ even if you don't like eggplant! Thanks for sharing

Pan Fried Swiss Chard

This was awesome I took the advice from one of the others and grilled this salmon flesh side down first for 5 minutes then 7 on the other side. I would not change a thing Perfect

Miracle Lasagna

I have never cooked a lasagna noodle in my life ~ as long as you make sure you have plenty of sauce your lasagna will come out perfect. The key is to start with sauce on the bottom. As far as this recipe goes ~~~ I have had much better

Kale Soup

I have been making this soup for years. It is very good. But if you want extra flavor go to the local grocery store and find Lipton cup of green pea soup (it is a dry package soup) This makes the base of the soup rich and creamy.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

I have used this recipe for about a year the only thing wrong is you never make enough !!!!! I always double this recipe. ~ I have found if you cook the bacon in the microwave a couple minutes before wrapping it around the sausages it cuts down on the cooking time in the oven ~ and the sausages are not dried out. This recipe is the BOMB Thanks PS you can also keep them warm in a crock pot for hours and they are still delic.

Roast Pork with Onion Stuffing

I love this recipe. I cooked it in a pan on the grill ~ it was delicious. The only change I made was I used Chicken Stock in place of the water.

Butternut Squash Soup

Excellent ~ The only thing I did different was I used Chicken stock instead of water (extra flavor) And at the end before serving the soup I added some fresh nutmeg.
