Perfect Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
Super easy and delicious. The hardest part is pulling apart the meat. The picnic roast was a better fit fat wise and easier to pull apart. Be sure to cut away much of the fat. I added about a tablespoon of cider vinegar as well. Got rave reviews from guests at our party.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
Our 15 year old daughter made this for guests on Christmas day. For the 1 cup mayo, she substituted 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup cream cheese. She added about 1/2 a package of cooked bacon, & salt, fresh pepper, garlic & onion powder. The four stars is for easy prep, ingredients that we usually have on hand. However, her additions made this a keeper recipe. You might consider this a starter recipe that you use can add and enhance as desired.

Moroccan Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2006
I made sauteed the chicken instead of grilling. It also has the benefit of making your kitchen smell divine. At first, I wasn't too sure of the allspice and cloves with chicken, because I usually use those for pumpkin pie and mulled cider, but it was really delicious. My husband, 11 and 6 year old kids at every last bit. Also - added feta and parsley to the couscous. Used whole wheat couscous.
