Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2009
Wow, super yummy and thank you for this recipe! So easy, I did not chill the dough nor did I use the sugar/fork thing, I just did drop cookies on parchment, they are soft and fabulous and disappearing quickly, must go.....!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
The easiest best cookie recipe I've made-substitute 2 sticks of butter for in lieu of shortening. Soft & chewy for up to 3 days (if they last that long). Even I can't mess these up.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2008
Super Yummy-the Kid was over the moon and says its the best chicken she's ever had. Very easy, great recipe to have for easy crowd pleaser nights. I doubled this recipe to freeze leftovers for an easy "re-heat" night in the future.

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
I'm not the best cook, as my name implies, but this trifle was SUPER easy and SO good, everyone wanted the recipe. It also makes a nice presentation. Since I brought it for a holiday party, I added currants on top with the chocolate curls. You could vary this recipe in many ways, but this basic recipe is FAB! PS-Do use real whipping cream, it makes a difference.

Barbeque Beef Casserole

Reviewed: May 30, 2007
I made this tonight and it was good and simple-perfect for me. I used 3 boxes of cornbread mix because when I put 2 on per the other reviewers suggestions, it seemed very thin. Being a bread fan, I added the other box. BIG MISTAKE. Trust me, don't do this, the ratio is now like 3/4 bread, 1/4 mixture.... I will make it with only 2 next time, lesson learned, otherwise, yummy!
