this is a great recipe! If you are looking for more rum flavoring try soaking the nuts too!

Coconut Macaroons German Style

Another way to bake them so thatthey stay soft and fluffy is to set the oven to 350 F and only bake the cookies for 5-6 minutes until they are slightly golden. They will still be a little bit sticky but that's ok They will loose their stickiness when they cool down.

Simply Fudgy Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
Best brownies that I have made from scratch. I made a double batch and used roughly 5/8 cups of oil instead of 1 because of the other comments. If I made them over again I think I would leave out the chocolate chips because it turned out to be too much chocolate.

Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

I would have given the recipe 4.5 stars if I could have. I like the softness of the cookie but they were horrible to put into any sort of container.

Eggnog Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
It wasn't a bad recipe but it was kind of plain. I think some eggnog or rum icing might have spiced it up a bit.
