I am 21 years old. I've been married for almost 3 years and we recently had our first baby in September 05. I really enjoy being a stay at home mom which makes it easier to try out new recipes because i have a little extra time on my hands. I've always loved cooking and baking for my family and i only hope to get better and better. I love to cook spinach enchiladas, sausage lasagna, chicken alfredo pizza, and pasta pasta pasta! I really like italian food. It's probably the majority of what i cook. I love to cook with my family around. I don't like to be in the kitchen alone so as long as they're around, i could cook for hours! I love Christmas time. Our favorite family tradition is eating lox and bagels. We eat it every Christmas Eve. all of my pastas have been triumphs whether i made them up myself or got them from a recipe. I have had very few cooking tragedies. One that i can remember is when my husband and i had just gotten married. I made baked crunchy chicken. The chicken turned out really dry and my husband still makes jokes about it.
