About this Cook
I've been cooking for years but only within the last year or so decided to try and be good at it.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken soup (from scratch); Rotisserie chicken dinner; breakfast
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have none. Mom hated to cook and usually over-cooked meat.
My cooking triumphs
Mastering Greek Chicken Soup from memory.
My cooking tragedies
Where do I begin? Hash grays (they just wouldn't crisp up), turkey with innards still in it. Over-cooked steaks, under-cooked chicken. Cheese puffs with too much butter. I could go on and on.

Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I
Used stove top stuffing instead of bread crumbs. Big hit.

One-Pot Hamburger Adobo Dinner
I tried this both with hamburger and chicken. We used fresh veggies from the garden. Delicious!

Zucchini Brownies
I followed the recipe exactly and the brownie was delicious and quite moist. I used "picked that day" zucchini and it was very moist. I only gave four stars because the frosting made things too sweet. Making them without the frosting next time.
