just a comment; I assume you use a portion immediately before freezing the rest. I did!!

Chicken Fried Chicken
We used several chicken pieces. Dry ingredients made of supplies on hand (Panko-ritz wheat crackers and Pepperidge Farms Stuffing mix. We added Creole seasoning (1 tsp)and garlic powder. To egg wash we added 1 tsp dry ranch dressing mix. Cooked in skillet as directed for about 10 minutes then 45 minutes in oven at 310 degrees. The end result was fabulous! Especially as this was first try for fried chicken in our house. Very crispy. All gone

Ronnetta's Spaghetti Sauce
Great recipe, but I can't imagine a sauce without oregano, basil,mushrooms and bell peppers.
