About this Cook
I am the wife of an Independent Baptist Missionary to the Mapuche Indians in the Andes Mts. I have always loved to cook and feed my family different and exciting meals. No plain old every day recipes I had growing up. My mother was a fantastic cook in her very limited menus, just never tried new recipes.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite family cooking traditions
Pennsylvania dutch potato filling, pot pie, cabbage rolls, apple tart and shoo fly pie
My cooking triumphs
Cheesecakes, all types and flavors
My cooking tragedies
hamburger helper mixes when I was a teen

New England Clam Chowder I
